Desired Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience as a Line Cook in a well-rated NYT restaurant or hotel
- Breakfast experience is a must!
- Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend availability
