Why This Role Matters
We're a multi-concept group with strong brands, significant growth and momentum, and a lot of runway ahead. We have a small, nimble leadership team with marketing being one of the last core functions for us to build out in-house. We are large enough to have strong, durable brand recognition in the marketplace, yet small enough for the right person in this role to shape our future brand growth for all Electric Hospitality brands. To put it bluntly, our vision is to be the launchpad for the most beloved hospitality brands in the U.S. and are seeing 3X growth over the next 5 years. If you are the kind of person who wants to write the script for the movie rather than read the lines, this could be a career-defining opportunity for you. You'll shape how our brands grow, expand our community, and scale over the next decade. And you'll do it while locking arms with some of the most talented people in the hospitality industry who will be building it alongside you. If you are ready to build something special with us, we’d love to hear from you!
