Electric Era builds the fastest, most reliable EV fast-charging network for the places drivers already stop. Our RE200 chargers on the Electric Era RetailEdge platform combine high-power charging, integrated battery storage and in-house software to deliver uptime that beats the industry. We partner with leading fuel and convenience retailers to bring charging to high-traffic sites across North America.
Equity fundraising, end to end.
Build the narrative and the model, run the process, own the data room and materials, and deploy the CEO and team where they move the needle. Project capital fundraising
Develop and own relationships with strategic partners and industry players and convert them into profitable ventures via JVs, distribution and licensing agreements, or co-development and strategic sales partnerships.
Deal structuring.
Design and negotiate terms that unlock revenue or new capabilities, from term sheet through signed contract.
M&A and partnership pipeline.
Keep a live pipeline with clear go/no-go calls.
8 years across corporate development, investment banking, venture/growth investing or strategy, with deals you originated, led and closed.
~ Experience structuring JVs, licensing, distribution or strategic investments with large corporations.
~ Sharp financial modeling and valuation skills, and the judgment to know which numbers matter.
~ Experience with project finance, debt facilities or government incentives.
Shape the capital strategy and partnerships of a company building critical power infrastructure.
Blue-chip customers and partners already on board, with room to build much bigger deals.
Meaningful equity and the chance to build the corp dev function from scratch.
This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity awards, or other compensation programs, subject to applicable employee stock option plan terms.
