Lean Strategy & Roadmap
Build and execute a 6–18-month Lean roadmap aligned to business goals (SQDC).
Facilitate Hoshin/strategy deployment and tiered accountability (daily/weekly Gemba).
Operations Excellence
Implement quick-changeover/SMED, flexible cell design, product family grouping, and point-of-use material flow suited for high mix, low variability.
Establish standard work, work balance, and visual management; perform time studies and SWCS (standard work combination sheets).
Reduce WIP and lead time via pull systems (Kanban), supermarkets, and pacemaker scheduling.
Quality & Cost
Lead and partner with Quality to develop a structured problem solving (A3, 3P) to reduce defects, scrap, and rework (COPQ).
Partner with Supply Chain to implement material flow strategies – kanban, visual replenishment.
People & Culture
Coach supervisors/engineers/associates using Operational excellent tools and kaizen leadership activities.
Standardize training and sustainment audits across both countries; lead 5S and safety behaviors.
NPI & Engineering Support
Integrate Operational Excellence principles into NPI; design repeatable launch playbooks.
Collaborate on routings, labor standards, and ergonomic improvements.
Data & Systems
Use ERP/MES (e.g., Epicor) and Power BI for KPI visibility, bottleneck analysis, and daily management.
Build CI financial tracking to validate benefits (hard/soft savings).
