Job description:
Electralloy/G.O. Carlson Inc. is seeking several full-time dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Millwrights to join our team at our Main St. facility in Oil City, PA. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and safety standards while working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Candidates must be able to work all shifts including weekends and mandatory overtime when required. These positions are Union (USW) positions.
The candidate will continually learn the facility process and complete special maintenance projects. In addition, the candidate will conduct preventative maintenance and must be able to trouble shoot existing mechanical systems and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum ONE year Industrial Millwright experience.
- Must have a working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulations for OSHA, and other regulatory agencies·
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
