Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indianapolis, IN, for a Customer Service / Warehouse Associate. The role involves handling shipping and receiving, packing, unloading shipments, and operating warehouse equipment. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette and delivering a top tier customer experience on a daily basis. The associate will also assist with keeping the warehouse organized and support customer service operations by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes and Packing orders
- Proficiency in Unloading shipments and organizing inventory
- Experience with Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack usage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
- Proficient in computer operation Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Good phone etiquette and writing skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or customer service experience is a plus
