About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, great with your hands, and looking to grow your career in electronics manufacturing? We are seeking an Assembly Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Olive Branch, MS!
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing electronic components. While experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or a warehouse environment is a plus, we are willing to train the right person if you have the right attitude and a desire to learn!
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Assemble: Put together small, delicate electronic components with precision and care.
- Inspect: Conduct quality checks on components to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Test: Run basic tests on finished electronic products to ensure proper functionality.
- Read Specs: Follow basic diagrams, blueprints, or technical specifications to guide your assembly process.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in a fast-paced environment.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Skills):
- Experience: Previous experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or warehousing is preferred, but entry-level candidates eager to learn are highly encouraged to apply!
- Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and a steady hand for handling small, delicate components.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read basic diagrams or tech specs. Experience with soldering or reading schematics is a major plus!
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout your shift.
