Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Technician based in the Birmingham/Central Alabama area. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion systems. Additional tasks include providing training and technical support to clients on how to operate security systems and ensuring superior customer service while addressing field service requests efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Experience in Training clients to operate security systems confidently and proficiently
- Ability to work independently in a field environment with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion systems is preferred
- Technical certification or relevant experience in electronic security systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
