About the Role



The Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to both internal quality standards and contractual obligations within Elecnor Hawkeye. Their independence from construction personnel likely ensures unbiased oversight of quality processes. Additionally, their role in advising and supporting the Profit Center Manager and project organization indicates their involvement in driving continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives throughout the company.



Responsibilities:



  • Ensure that the Elecnor Hawkeye Management System is implemented and monitored.
  • Ensure EHMS orientation training is conducted for all new hires/rehires.
  • Ensure that audits are conducted per the audit plan for the management system and job sites to verify compliance to requirement.
  • Report the performance of the Elecnor Hawkeye Management System to the management team for review and as a basis for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement Quality plans for projects.
  • Review and communicate RFP requirements to the estimating team as applicable.
  • Manage the non-conformance program including conducting causal analysis to identify root cause for corrective action.
  • Periodic analysis of NCRs shall be performed to identify the development of adverse trends.
  • Monitor the regional calibration and testing program.
  • Act as Liaison with internal and external parties on matters relating to Quality Management.
  • Review and ensure that project as-built/training documentation is issued and maintained per client, regulatory and company requirements.
  • Ensure the latest client, statutory, and regulatory requirements are communicated to employees prior to performing work activities.
  • Monitor the installation and storage of material for compliance to specifications.


Qualifications:



  • BA/BS Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-10 years of high voltage electrical transmission, distribution, substation, and directional drilling experience in construction or engineering.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Training Course.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard.
  • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)


Pay range and compensation package:


$90,000-$110,000 Annually
