Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies efficiently to achieve high standards of hygiene and appearance.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a detailed log of completed tasks and areas cleaned for accountability and quality assurance.
• Adhere to scheduling timelines to ensure all assigned spaces are cleaned thoroughly within designated timeframes.

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated newcomers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper disposal methods is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts.
