Compensation:Proposed hiring rate of $10.63 plus tips, depending on experience

Do you have a knack for guest service? Bartending may be the right position for you! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, interact with customers, take orders, serve snacks and drinks, mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, check customer identification to confirm legal drinking age, slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks, and plan, organize, and control the operations of lounge and bar.Willing to come out from behind the bar and serve patrons at tables.

Responsibilities:

• Must provide resume with solid references and proven experience as a bartender/server.
• Must have excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Some culinary skills to prepare and serve hot/cold foods.
• Computer/POS literacy.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep bar clean, organized and stocked.
• Relevant training certificate required.
• May assist in putting orders together.
• Be a champion of Play Forever, Powdr's corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment and support our community in Eldora's everyday operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Able to lift 20lbs.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours
