Salary and Compensation
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for shift differentials and additional compensation programs, including up to 11% in additional pay for certain elected benefit options.
Job Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician, utilizing the five rights as applicable
Direct and monitor the personal care duties and nursing care procedures carried out by Nursing Assistants of the assigned team
Assist Nursing Assistants with direct care of residents, as necessary
Document as applicable in the care plans, Nursing Notes, Medical Administration Records, Treatment Records and other required records
Qualifications
Credentials as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a current state license are required.
LPN Training and work experience in a geriatric setting are preferred.
