Elders Inn is currently seeing Advanced Care Attendants (ACAs)!
Pay Rate depends on shift worked - $22.00-$23.50 per hour (rate depends on shift worked)
The primary functions of an ACA are:

The primary functions of an ACA are:
- Help residents with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist residents in active and passive range of motion as defined by the plan of care
- Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity
- Monitor resident activity and functional status
- Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort
- AM shift is 6:00am-2:30pm
- PM shift is 4:00pm-9:00pm
Part-time positions and on-call (PRN) are also available
Minimum qualifications are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA level training (no license needed) OR 3 years experience in a heavy care environment
- Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
- Ability to follow written and oral directions
- Basic computer skills (care programming is computer based)
- Ability to life 150 pounds
- Physical
- TB test
- Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and Dept of Justice
