Our Program
Elderly and Disabled Services residential homes offer a wide variety of therapeutic treatment administered by a highly trained and compassionate team. Our goal is to provide both treatment and support for those needing rehabilitation from mental illness and addiction. We strive to create an environment where healing and restoration can occur for all individuals.
Our Resident Managers live and work in a home with five adults who experience mental health challenges. This is a great opportunity to support people in recovery from mental illness, share your creativity and have fun while making an impact on the lives of residents. The best applicants will have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and will contribute to our mission to promote the whole health and well-being of the individuals and communities we serve. Please note this is an on site live in position.
Responsibilities:
- Spend quality time and have fun with residents while maintaining the home
- Meal planning and preparation
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Assist with behavioral supports and working closely with team of case managers, therapist and prescribers.
- Provide and document a daily activity with all residents
- Perform general housekeeping tasks, to ensure the home is clean and sanitary

Qualifications:
- Qualified applicants must also have a valid Oregon driver's license, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a county providers test
