Position Summary
The PCA II provides personal care and home management services to patients in their homes. Responsibilities may include supervision and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including:
- Bathing and personal hygiene
- Dressing and grooming
- Meal planning and preparation
- Light housekeeping and daily support
All services are provided within the established scope of practice and in accordance with New York State regulations.
