Eldercare at Home is a trusted private pay home care company that has been serving families for 50 years. We provide meaningful, one-on-one care to clients throughout New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties, and we are looking for an experienced, dependable Lead CNA to join our team.

- Active CNA certification required
- Prior hands-on caregiver or CNA experience required
- Valid driver's license and Current auto insurance required
- Background checks required
As a Lead CNA / Experienced Caregiver, responsibilities may include:
- Assisting clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting safe mobility and transfers
- Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Communicating client updates as needed
- Providing reliable, compassionate, and professional care
- Filling in for caregiver call-outs as needed to help ensure clients continue receiving dependable care
- Acting as the face of the office in the field by representing the company with professionalism, compassion, and strong communication
- Mentoring and supporting field staff by helping model quality care, reliability, and professional standards while working with clients and caregivers
