Eldercare at Home is a growing company and hiring multiple CNAs and Caregivers throughout the New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender County areas. We seek to make life easier for our clients by delivering the same exceptional care that we would expect for ourselves and our family members. What we offer our valued in-home Caregivers:
- Pay rate of $13.50-15/hr for CNAs or $13-$14/hr for Caregivers
- Up to 40 hours a week!
- Continued Education -We help you grow in your professional career with quarterly classes.
- Flexible Hours - You tell us what you would like to work (min of 20 hours a week)
- Referral Bonuses - Earn money by referring great caregivers like yourself
- Employee appreciation - We maintain a high employee retention rate!

Are you in PA or nursing school? You can get direct patient care hours here.
Qualifications:
- CNA certification is a bonus but not required. We can train you!
- Driver's license and insurance
- Background checks required
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care
- Essential home management tasks
- Maintain physical and emotional comfort.
- Transportation, errands, light housekeeping
- Provide excellent companionship and care
