Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional/Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Must hold a valid associate license in the state of Tennessee (LMFT-A, LPC-MHSP temp, LMSW)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and document individual sessions under supervision
- Perform initial and follow-up patient assessments
- Prepare individualized treatment plans
- Complete patient documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide crisis intervention and case management as needed
- Refer patients to other programs or facilities as necessary
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with a focus on patient safety
