Outreach Manager - Hybrid Schedule
Seeking a full time (37.5 hours/week) Outreach manager. The Outreach Manager for ESWA, a nonprofit organization is responsible for overseeing outreach efforts and programs to raise awareness about the organization's mission and all agency programs, building and maintaining relationships with diverse communities and stakeholders, and engaging and mobilizing diverse groups.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. At least 3 years experience working in social work or marketing field required.
3. At least 1 year supervisory experience required.
4. At least 1 year management experience preferred.
- English language proficiency required. Spanish language proficiency
preferred.
6. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current
license to drive required.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and team skills.
- Ability to multitask, keep accurate records, have a strong attention to detail, document clearly, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing, all within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Share Point, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds and have the ability to climb stairs.
· A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment. The bonus for this position is $1,000.

Non-negotiable salary of: $65,013 - $66,027 (bilingual) annually
