Home Care Program Assistant - Hybrid
Seeking a part time to full time (37.5 hours/week) Home Care Program Assistant. To provide high level customer service while assisting with administrative and consumer related functions to support the work of ESWA case management staff and to aid in the mission of providing high quality supports and services to ESWA consumers enrolled in the State Home Care Program. Also responsible for providing a variety of clerical and data entry duties to support the Home Care Program as assigned.
Qualifications: Associates Degree and/or bilingual and 1-year relevant experience preferred. High School diploma with 2 years relevant experience may be substituted for degree. Desire and commitment to working with older individuals required. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills required. Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft products (Excel, SharePoint, Word) and working within a database. Ability to multi-task and establish priorities, in a fast-paced environment. Must have moderate physical mobility; Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required.
· A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment. The bonus for this position is $1,000.

Non-negotiable salary of: part time $21.54 - $23.09 hourly and full time $42,003.00 - $45,025.50 annually.
