Our one on one, thorough training program will get you up and comfortable before sending you out on your own. Our wonderful clients require caregivers for day, night and weekend shifts.
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their home, ensuring their safety and well-being. Skills in caregiving and daily living support will be essential. Join our dedicated team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.
Job Duties May Include:
- Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Interacting with your clients, keeping them company, and doing FUN activities or outings!
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housework (for example changing the sheets, cleaning the kitchen)
- Taking to the doctors or out for errands
- Reminding to take medications
- Providing respite care for the primary caregiver (spouse or loved one)
- Communicating with the rest of the care team to ensure the BEST care for your clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an In-Home Caregiver or in a similar role
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and families
PLEASE NOTE: Although this position is posted in Carson City, the required background check must be completed in South Lake Tahoe, CA. You must be able to travel to South Lake Tahoe to complete this requirement.
