The Logistics Specialist provides exceptional customer service to our existing customers, is an integral piece to the overall growth of our truckload divisions and ensures company goals and objectives are achieved. Duties/Responsibilities: Daily processing of load tenders and bills of lading. Coordinate the retrieval of POD's. Inputting load information into company dispatching software. Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on freight movements. Scheduling delivery and pickup appointments, as needed. Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns. Assist in dispatching drivers, as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. At least 1 year of Customer service experience required. At least 1 year of Logistics background/experience required.
