What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Legal Assistant position at Elder Law Center, P.C.?
Busy, fast paced Estate Planning/Elder Law Firm has opening for immediate full time employment for a legal assistant position.

Must be on time, energetic, reliable, personable, and able to communicate and coordinate well with others.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, answering phones, handling office dictation and transcription duties, handling incoming and outgoing mail, keeping court calendar, daily client management, billing data entry, preparation of case files and documents, and other general office duties. Will train the right candidate for advancement.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Must be a self-starter, be able to work independently and take initiative to learn and improve his/her abilities.
The ability to multi-task is a MUST.
Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary experience is required.
We need a team player, with a positive attitude, who is wanting to learn all aspects of the profession.
