What You'll Do:
- Prepare, organize, and scan confidential tax documents
- Review files for accuracy, completeness, and proper organization
- Save and maintain digital documents in our firm's document management system
- Prepare professional client deliverables (digital and print)
- Prepare individual tax returns if proficiency is demonstrated in other responsibilities and workload capacity permits
- Communicate professionally with clients, CPAs and team members
- Work exclusively from our office in downtown Naperville
Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help us meet deadlines and deliver top-notch client service. This CPA Firm Internship role offers valuable exposure to our tax preparation services, workflow management, and professional client interactions.
Who We're Looking For:
- College student currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation to our Naperville office
Schedule:
Available to work up to 35 hours per week, Monday through Saturday during tax season, with flexible scheduling.
