Position Summary
Elder Corporation is looking for an experienced Lube Mechanic to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll travel to job sites to perform preventative maintenance, inspect equipment for issues, and help ensure our fleet stays safe, efficient, and job-ready.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on heavy equipment
- Complete oil sampling (SOS) and related maintenance tasks
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with onsite personnel
- Inspect equipment during service and identify potential issues before they cause downtime
- Maintain accurate service records using company software (training provided)
- Use personal tools safely and effectively; specialty tools provided by company
- Communicate equipment concerns to management promptly
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable with a consistent record of punctuality
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic
- Valid Class B CDL with Air Brakes
- Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements required
Preferred Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work in both shop and outdoor environments
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment and machinery
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods
