Role Description The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) is a full-time, on-site position based in Wales, WI. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming, professional experience. The CSC manages day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, preparing and organizing client files, and supporting the preparation of documents related to estate planning and elder law matters. The role involves coordinating client meetings, following up on next steps, and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Strong client services and customer service skills, with a commitment to professionalism and client-centered support.
- Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional written correspondence.
- Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, such as scheduling, document organization, data entry, and basic office software (Microsoft 365 programs, Zoom, Teams).
- High level of attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of legal and support professionals and to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Prior experience in a law firm, healthcare, financial services, or another professional services environment is beneficial.
