SHIFT OPTIONS:
Three - 12 hour shifts
Two - 16 hour shifts
Pay Rate up to $26.50/hr Shift Differential Sign On Bonuses!
SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS:
Weekday Evenings $3.00 | Weekend Days $2.50 | Weekend Evenings $3.50!!
SIGN ON BONUSES:
$1,500 - FULL TIME
$750 - PART TIME
$500 - PER DIEM

Responsibilities
This position delivers direct resident care and provides superior healthcare to our residents in a manner which promotes independence, preserves dignity, & strives to improve their quality of life.
- Assist with the maintenance of resident's nutritional and personal hygiene needs
- Observe and report significant changes in a resident's condition
- Understand the psychological needs of the resident.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
- Assist with Nursing and other Staff as needed
- Follow all professional, facility, and legal standards while maintaining resident and facility confidentiality.
- Responsible for promoting a safe work environment through proactive injury prevention practices and compliance with all safety standards.
- Current New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
