Our client is an alternative credit investment firm founded in 2002 with over $15bn in assets under management. The firm has offices in NYC and works in the office Tuesday - Thursday and works from home on Monday and Friday.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking a Credit Product Specialist to join the team. Job responsibilities include:

-Oversee and help supervise investor relations associates, providing guidance on workflow, content development, and execution specifically related to RFPs, DDQs and other investor requests.

-Support the development and refinement of the firm’s messaging around portfolio strategy, positioning, and performance

-Partner with internal teams to produce clear, accurate, and compelling investor communications and presentation materials

-Conduct and support portfolio analytics to inform investor discussions and reporting

-Assist in the creation and enhancement of materials for existing and new products, including fundraising and marketing collateral

-Translate complex investment concepts and portfolio data into concise, investor-friendly narratives

-Help maintain consistency of message across investor presentations, reporting materials, and other external communications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics preferred

-Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, asset management, or a related role with prior experience in investment banking preferred

-Strong background in investor relations, preferably within credit or alternative investment strategies

-Solid understanding of credit investing and portfolio construction

-Highly quantitative and analytical, with the ability to interpret and work with portfolio data

-Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with strong judgment around message development

-Experience developing investor presentations, reporting materials, and product-related marketing content
