ELCO Chevrolet Cadillac is excited to announce an immediate opening for a full time, Automotive Sales Consultant located at our Chevy dealership in Ballwin, MO. This position will be responsible for the sale of new vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. With full benefits and a starting salary of $5,000 monthly, the potential for income in this position is substantial (take-home pay exceeding $80,000 in the first year). We also have time off during your first year, and a complete training program to get you started! -Must be at least 18 years old.
-Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
-No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
-Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screening test.
-Demonstrated strong negotiation and communication skills.
-Previous car sales experience preferred or at least 2 years of commissioned, professional field sales experience in the previous four years.
