Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team at Elcee Inc. as Guest Experience Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Assume various roles, including Dough Person, Shakerboarder, and Guest Service Specialist.
- Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality food in a timely manner.
- Maintain safety and determine product quality, service, and cleanliness by ensuring sufficient visual acuity.
- Count, separate, and weigh food products and inventory items accurately.
- Withstand extreme temperatures (above 90°F and below freezing) during peak seasons.
- FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH CUSTOMERS, CREW, AND MANAGEMENT THROUGH SPEAKING, READING, HEARING, AND WRITING SKILLS.
Work Environment:
This role involves working in a dynamic kitchen environment with varying temperatures and physical demands. The successful candidate must be able to lift objects from the floor, bend up to 90 degrees, and squat or crouch to lift items.
Availability:
The ideal candidate is available to work Monday through Sunday, across all shifts. Flexibility and adaptability are essential for this role.
