What You'll Do
- Build trusting relationships with infants through gentle interactions, comforting routines, and responsive care.
- Provide individualized attention based on each baby's feeding schedule, sleep patterns, and daily needs.
- Support early development through tummy time, sensory play, music, books, and other age-appropriate experiences.
- Safely prepare and serve bottles and food as appropriate for each infant's developmental stage and parent-provided instructions.
- Practice safe sleep procedures and maintain constant awareness of infants' health and safety.
- Keep accurate records of feedings, diaper changes, naps, activities, and other important daily information.
- Recognize and communicate changes in an infant's behavior, comfort, or overall well-being.
- Maintain clean feeding areas, sanitized toys, and hygienic classroom spaces.
- Partner with families to provide consistent care and share updates about their baby's day.
- Follow childcare regulations, emergency procedures, and established center guidelines.

- Someone who genuinely enjoys caring for babies and understands the patience and attention they require.
- Previous infant care or childcare experience is a plus.
- A dependable team player with a calm, positive, and nurturing personality.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment.
- Willingness to complete required training and meet applicable background check and childcare employment requirements.
