Job Summary
Self-motivated Black Belt or Master Black Belt to identify, inspire, and implement Night Vision strategic initiatives around customers, employees, financials, and business processes. The successful candidate will coordinate across Night Vision departments and 3rd party entities as necessary to drive operational excellence and a culture for continual improvement.

Job Summary

Responsibilities Include
- Developing Six Sigma Strategies
- Coaching and mentoring Black and Green Belts
- Overseeing complex projects
- Ensuring advanced statistical analysis is used
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
- Reporting success metrics
- Incorporating best practices
- Effectively communicate improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management
- 4 - 6 years Certified in Lean Six Sigma as a Black Belt
- PMP/PMI Certification or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Tools, Excel; Power Point; Word
