CAR A MUST WITH CLEAN LICENSE
Job Duties:
Duties include but are not limited to leasing (extremely important), answering phones, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects, social media, collections, Tenant interaction.
Requirements:
- Prior leasing experience is required
- Available to work weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing
- Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent phone and in person sales skills
- Motivated and hard-working
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills with Microsoft office.
Experience with Sales and Customer Service platform such as Yardi, AppFolio or equivalent. Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.compensation: based on experience Base plus bonuses
