Responsibilities:
- Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothing, linens, and other textiles for residents and staff
- Ensure laundry is completed in a timely and efficient manner to meet the needs of our residents
- Sort and categorize laundry to ensure it is properly cleaned and maintained
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all laundry needs are met
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (training provided)
- Ability to lift, carry, and move laundry bins and equipment (up to 50 pounds)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
