Elation Property Management is looking for an experienced Regional Director to manage long-term, project related, and day-to-day operations for our multi-family property management organization. Strong leadership ability, proven process creation and management knowledge, and strategic thinking skills are important qualifications for this position. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled business professional who can both proactively and reactively initiate action without direction, is team focused, and cares as much about the customer as the bottom line.
Compensation will be dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
Minneapolis Office $85,000-$95,000 Annual Base Salary
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee performance and operations for a multi-family property management company and the 18 apartment home communities it manages and those in development
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to mitigate risk, improve efficiency and quality, and grow organizational capacity and capabilities.
- Maintain balanced staff levels to minimize expense while providing the Elation level of service to each property.
- Maintain and enforce company policies and operations guidelines.
- Budgeting
- Work with project teams on new developments.
- Communicate with principals and other stakeholders on active and prospective projects.
- Regularly inspect properties for adherence to operational standards guidelines.
- Liaise with our integrated development and construction firms to provide feedback on existing properties and to launch new properties.
- Review monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets for accuracy and expense and revenue trends
- Work with banks on underwriting for financing packages
- Put together Investor offerings
- Investor relations
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree business management, accounting, or related field
- 5 years management experience
Preferred Experience:
- Multi-family property management
- 2-year middle to upper management experience
- Master's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or related field
- Management Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
Travel: 20-25%
