Our signature 90-Day Marketing Reset helps small and medium-sized businesses get organized, build a clean and compelling brand presence, and set up marketing systems that actually work in real life.

Role Description
As our Sales & Community Outreach Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying and enrolling Colorado businesses into our 90-Day Marketing Reset program. This role is 100% commission-based and ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building and enjoys being out in the community.
Role Tasks
- Reach out to local business owners via phone, in-person visits, email, social media
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads across Colorado
- Present the 90-Day Marketing Reset program in a clear, confident, and helpful way
Qualities We're Looking For
- Strong communicator who loves connecting with people
- Experience or interest in sales, community outreach, or business development
- Comfortable making “cold” calls, walking into businesses, and introducing yourself
- Naturally outgoing, positive, and resilient
- Self-motivated and excited to grow with a small, creative team
- Passion for supporting local Colorado businesses
Additional Information
- 20% commission on all gross sales you close
- No earnings cap.
- Flexible schedule; manage your own days. No set hours.
