Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ functional Consultant to provide consulting expertise in aligning enterprise business strategy with scalable process design and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business requirements gathering, process optimization, stakeholder management, and enterprise application integration.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to define and optimize workflows supporting sales, advanced services, order management, and field operations. This role requires translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation while supporting CPQ configurations and integrations across Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and optimize cross-functional business processes related to sales, CPQ, order management, advanced services, and field operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and technical teams to implement scalable enterprise solutions.
- Support CPQ configuration, process design, and implementation in alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Facilitate integration and process alignment across Salesforce, ServiceNow, CPQ, ERP, and subscription management platforms.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, business process documentation, and functional design specifications.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario development, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
- Support process governance, platform standardization, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate workshops, and communicate requirements and solution recommendations effectively.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with CPQ processes, enterprise applications, or business systems integration.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, process mapping, and UAT.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Logik.io, Zuora, NetSuite, and Google Cloud applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with technical teams, business users, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or Logik.io CPQ solutions.
- Knowledge of subscription management, quote-to-cash (Q2C), order-to-cash (O2C), and ERP business processes.
- Experience with enterprise system integrations, process governance, and platform standardization.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
