Role Overview
We’re seeking an energetic, service-oriented Legal Sales Representative to manage inbound leads (primarily client inquiries), convert prospects into clients, and support selective outbound outreach. No family law experience is required—just passion, enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and excellent communication skills!
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads—via phone, email, chat.
- Qualify prospects quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate consultations with attorneys and guide clients through intake.
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach (email, calls) to warm leads.
- Track sales pipeline and report on metrics (conversion rates, revenue).
- Maintain CRM and follow-ups to optimize client conversion.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years in sales, client service, or similar roles (preferably in professional services).
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a boutique, close-knit team.
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales processes is a plus.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
