Your Role: TPM Global Change Agent
As a TPM Global Change Agent, you will be a well-rounded operational excellence change leader and subject matter expert in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). You will be charged with leading the introduction and transformation into a TPM organization, embedding its pillars while integrating Lean and Six Sigma tools and systems.
Your Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management.
Experience: 5 years leading multiple-site TPM and Lean implementation and successful deployment of OEE and metrics software systems on a multi-site level.
Top 2 skills: LSS Black Belt certification from a reputable organization; TPM or JIPM certification or extensive training.

Your Role: TPM Global Change Agent
As a TPM Global Change Agent, you will be a well-rounded operational excellence change leader and subject matter expert in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). You will be charged with leading the introduction and transformation into a TPM organization, embedding its pillars while integrating Lean and Six Sigma tools and systems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the introduction and transformation into a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) organization.
- Facilitate Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a seasoned practitioner and deployer of Lean tools.
- Lead large and complex Kaizen events, achieving rapid improvement results across operational and transactional areas.
- Drive problem-solving through the use and propagation of multiple approaches (e.g., DMAIC, A3, 8D).
- Implement the pillars of TPM across multiple sites, demonstrating quick wins with OEE, Autonomous Maintenance, and Planned Maintenance.
- Maintain OEE and TPM metrics/software systems while reporting performance metrics to executive audiences
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management.
Experience: 5 years leading multiple-site TPM and Lean implementation and successful deployment of OEE and metrics software systems on a multi-site level.
