The Operations Training Coordinator will support the manufacturing operations teams to ensure effective administration of the learning program for new and existing employees. This includes the coordination, planning and measurement of the operations related training activities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead & Coordinate Training: Serve as Lead Trainer by partnering with operations supervisors to build effective plans and upskill OJT trainers.
• Monitor Competency & KPIs: Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate KPIs to ensure workforce competency and operational readiness.
• Develop & Document Learning: Support curricula development and manage the completion and submission of all training documentation to the Learning team.
• Promote Safety & Quality: Actively support operations in maintaining a strong culture of safety and quality throughout the training process.
  
  

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in a regulated environment and managing data within a Learning Management System.
• Skills: System proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills with a demonstrated excellence in customer service.

Elanco currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from $64,500.00 to $89,400.00 depending partly on the successful candidate’s qualifications, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending partly on company and individual performance). Additionally, Elanco offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees that includes a company-matching 401(k); vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death ­benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities). Of course, the compensation is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described above.
