Our client, a nationally focused consumer organization, is seeking a Brand Manager to join its marketing leadership team in a highly visible, cross-functional role. This individual will help lead and evolve the company's consumer brand strategy across multiple business divisions, markets, and customer touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, consumer marketing, digital engagement, promotions, and field execution. The ideal candidate will help translate enterprise brand strategy into compelling campaigns, integrated promotions, and consumer experiences that drive engagement, traffic, and long-term brand equity. Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, or consumer marketing roles
- Experience supporting multi-location, franchise-style, or distributed business models preferred
- Strong background in brand development, promotions, campaign execution, and consumer engagement
- Proven experience leading external agencies and managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, operations, field teams, and leadership
- Experience contributing to annual campaign planning, promotional calendars, and go-to-market initiatives
- Understanding of CRM strategy and customer communication lifecycle management
- Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives, media campaigns, and social media growth strategies
- Strong project management and organizational skills within fast-paced environments
- Excellent presentation, communication, and briefing skills
Preferred Experience:
- Client, retail, hospitality, restaurant/QSR, or other consumer-facing brand environments
- Experience supporting influencer marketing or emerging social media channels
- Exposure to website management, media buying, CRM platforms, or digital asset strategy
- Experience supporting highly collaborative, geographically distributed organizations
Responsibilities:
- Help steward and evolve the company's consumer brand strategy across multiple divisions and markets
- Translate brand strategy into campaign briefs, promotions, and integrated marketing initiatives
- Lead and manage agency relationships across creative, media, production, and specialty marketing partners
- Develop and execute consumer-facing campaigns, promotions, and annual communication strategies
- Partner closely with divisional leadership, sales teams, and marketing stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals
- Support expansion into emerging consumer and social media channels including influencer marketing initiatives
- Review and approve creative assets, messaging, and campaign execution to ensure brand consistency
- Monitor campaign performance and partner with performance marketing teams to optimize results
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, brand consistency, creative effectiveness, and speed-to-market
