What You’ll Do
- Provide a full range of professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Deliver personalized experiences and build lasting client relationships - guest experience is important
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, elevated salon experience
- Educate clients on professional haircare
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Tennessee Cosmetology License
- Skilled in current cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Passionate about continued education and professional growth
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Enjoys being part of a supportive, team-oriented salon
