We are seeking a friendly and professional detail oriented Event Venue Admin to join our dynamic team and provide excellent customer service to our clients and guests. This role requires, greeting visitors, answering inquiries, excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have exposure to event planning, catering & weddings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and guests upon arrival with a welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Support and work with sales and events management
- Assist with Creating proposals for potential clients
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, organizing, date entry and maintaining office supplies
- Social media Marketing
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality or events industry!!
Skills you MUST have:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Various Social Media Outlet
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Must have a valid Drivers License
**Must have a great attitude, not be afraid to get your hands a little dirty, and have a great work ethic!!
