Duties
- Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to promote a safe working environment
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during busy service times
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
- Help with basic food handling duties in compliance with sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service and catering events
- Contribute to maintaining an organized kitchen by properly storing cleaned items and managing waste disposal
- Prep chips & salsa
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or pots
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
