Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the High School Principal and the Athletic Director, the Cross Country Head Coach will coordinate ALL aspects of the Cross Country Program for El Segundo High School. Including the development and establishment of a high-quality program founded on sound Cross Country principles, strong team values, and the ethics of hard work, commitment, loyalty, honesty respect and sportsmanship.
