**Overview:**
We are a brand new restaurant seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate/Cashier. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and supporting the overall store operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide top-notch customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Manage cash register duties, including handling cash and credit transactions.
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or resolving issues.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of restaurant food to provide informed customer service.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
