What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Busser position at El Roblar Investment Property Manager LLC?
We are seeking 2 dedicated and enthusiastic Bussers to join our dynamic team at Hotel El Roblar. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in facilitating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Preference will go to candidates who have open availability, including a mix of morning and evening shifts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of orders.
- Assist servers in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front of house staff to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
- Support the kitchen team by assisting with food preparation and cleaning as needed.
- Ensure all utensils, plates, and glassware are clean and ready for service.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with food service regulations.
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
