We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our charming 50-room boutique hotel in Ojai, California. The Night Auditor is a key position that ensures a smooth overnight operation while balancing daily financial transactions and maintaining the safety, security, and satisfaction of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet late-arriving guests, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and provide excellent customer service throughout the night.

Perform nightly audit of all hotel revenues and transactions, reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy in billing.

Prepare and distribute daily reports for hotel management and accounting teams.

Monitor property security by conducting periodic walks and reporting any safety or maintenance concerns.

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies promptly and professionally.

Set up breakfast service items (as needed) for early morning preparation.

Assist in light housekeeping or laundry tasks if required during slower hours.
