**Job Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. MUST BE CERTIFIED. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in the geriatric population. The Certified Nursing Assistant will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as toileting, feeding, and ambulation. - Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff. Document patient care and medical information accurately and efficiently. - Support patients with home community care and nursing home visits. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. - Utilize electronic health records to document patient care and access patient information. - Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and maintain confidentiality at all times.
**Skills**
