- Develops and maintains business intelligence (BI) reporting strategy building analytics,
- Provides business stakeholders data analytics and BI solutions to shape and influence data
- Partners with business stakeholders to provide and maintain scalable business intelligence
- Provide business solutions by developing data models, dashboards and reporting
- Consults with the business partners providing and communicating strategic data driven
- Communicates complex analysis and business impacts through clear data analytics and
- Builds adoption of new tools by proactively designing and facilitating use cases for various
- Collaborates with departments and administration to establish goals and priorities for
project scope and manages processes through completion. Develops business intelligence

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics,
- MBA or Master’s degree in related business discipline a plus.
- 8 years of experience building and maintaining business intelligence (BI) functions in a
intelligence (BI) strategies.
- Strong technical background combined with business acumen to effectively translate data
- Strong analysis and expertise with business intelligence (BI) tools, data visualization
- Experience building dashboards and working business intelligence tools such as Tableau,
- Experience working with large, complex data sets and distributed systems, sourcing data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and skills; meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work assignments and work under pressure of frequent and
- Ability to read, write, and interpret complex reports, documents, and correspondence.
- Adept at managing and prioritizing competing time sensitive requests while working well
- Ability to exercise independent judgment on matters of significance to the company
